How do I request a response from my favorite Elder? You may request a specific Elder or Elder Group by entering their pen-name in the advice request form.
Can I make sure that my letter is not published? We value your privacy. To ensure that your letter is not published, just type Do Not Publish at the start of the letter. And for letters that we do publish, any personal, identifying information is removed.
When will I get a response? Once your request is received, it will be answered as soon as possible - generally within a few days - but response times can vary depending on volume.
Why haven't I gotten a response yet? The Circle replies to EVERY valid request, but response times can vary depending on the volume of requests. We appreciate your patience. You may also wish to check your Spam/Junk folder in case our reply landed there by mistake. If you submitted a question for a prohibited topic (see above) you will not receive a reply.
Note that requesting a specific Elder or Elder Group may delay the response; however, if your preferred Elder is not available for several days, an alternate Elder will be asked to reply.
